The subject line might help get some attention from the list :) In my 333 the CUDA is right under the PCI slots, very easy to miss if you should have all slots filled. Its sitting on a cute shiny metalic box, its a tiny round black button (in some computers its white) on a shiny metal platform, just like those TNT in the cartoons! :-D except instead of a button they used a lever.
