Man, I would hope so.  This kind of cost cutting sounds a lot like
separating two-ply toilet paper into one-ply rolls.  Wow!

Don't get me wrong: hats off to people who are willing to go that extra
mile.  Personally, though, the idea of crawling around with a magnifying
glass and a straight pin just doesn't have the same appeal it once did.  @_@
