I�ve been using an UltraTek/66 card BY VST for years. They are out of production but you might find one on e-bay or a dusty one in somebody�s stock. These should be in the $25-$40 range.
I�m also running a few SIIG ATA/133 cards, but they are up in the $80 range. I�ve had great luck with all these cards.
