Be aware that the method by which the various apps measure the temperature is via *uncorrected* thermistors in either the CPU or the CPU socket (I forget the exact location in the G3)
This means that while they may be quite precise (I hit the same spot every time!) they're also inaccurate (I'm still missing the barn every time, too).
They're good for comparing changes made to the same hardware, but less useful when comparing different hardware. For their intended purpose ('Oh hey! I have to shut down or turn on the fans before I melt!') A 20-30 degree slop is perfectly acceptable.
If you want to say 'After I overclocked my G3 it went up 15 degrees', using these measurements you will be correct.
If you want to say 'After I overclocked my G3 it went from 110 to 125 degrees' you'll probably be wrong.
If you want to say 'My machine runs at 110 degrees, yours is running at 115, mine is running cooler.' you can well be wrong.
The measurements need to be calibrated against a known good instrument, which almost no one ever does.
In light of this, your list of measurements is hardly even anecdote, let alone data ;-)
