I have 9.22 and OS 10.03 running now. I can't get the full MAC OS 10.3.4 cd to boot. It worked on my G3 blue and white after I had 10.03 loaded. I can boot from the Mac full OS 10.2 cd but it just freezes after you start the install.
I am going to try the upgrade to 10.1 now. I had to load the 4.1.9 firmware update to get this to work. That was a nightmare after my monitor went bad. (either dark or fuzzy never good) I couldn't get the update to take. I had to take the case apart and hold the button I with a small screw driver while I started up. Finally it took the firmware update. The monitor has been good ever since. Thank you to all who gave me advice on this.
