Ok, Larry, what old Mac are you looking to put the mini's guts into?
A Mac LC and it's a serious consideration.
My son is going to be 6 in a months time and I'm buying him a digital camera so he doesn't have to borrow mne, and if he has his own Mac, instead of having to use my media iMac G4, it would be good for him to have a decent Mac and not just a recycled G3 B&W...
The advantages with an LC over the Mini formfactor is that the LC can reside under a monitor and therefore kinda disappear. The Mini will always be a temptation to be picked up or whatever...
