Dear List: A friend of mine has a Lexmark USB-based laser printer. He needs to place the printer about 30 feet away from his computer. I know that USB can only be extended to 15 feet, but I was searching online and discovered that active USB extender cables exist. Does anyone on this list have any experience with such devices?
