Looking for a PCI/IDE card shows all sorts of "ATA" cards, but that's
NOT the same as IDE --- hence the problem. The ATA cabling, and IDE
cables just don't mesh.
My card, which I have yet to use, came in a B&W G3 and is a
Sonnet Tempo ATA100 and has two standard IDE plugs/ports
with the small cutout and one pin missing.
That sounds like the one that I need to look for.
