Hey Jesse I just downloaded Netscape 7.0 forMac OS whatever to 9.x and it loads paypal and ebay and even my cranky bank's web site wonderfully! I use 9.2.2 and my bank was cranky in ALL browsers (IE, iCab, Mozilla) and then I thought hell try the new Netscape! And it worked! But it's hell finding it on their site, I just went to good ol' Google and typed in Netscape 7.0 Mac and there ya go! Here it is for ya:
