Ok. So I understand that virii and worms out there leave macs alone. If I don't forward anything to anyone from my mac, then it is not possible to inadvertently pass on these social diseases onto others? I am wondering how many of you guys out there use antiviral software on your macs?
Jason,
I have Virex 7 loaded on my systems, and it is set to run at startup (whatever that does...) but otherwise I do nothing with anti-virus software. In my 3+ years of running OS X on anywhere from 2-5 machines at any given time, I have not been hit with a single worm or virus.
