Na, If I'm going to do any upgrades they have to be more meaningful
than the single required upgrade. I've already got PC-133 memory, and
the sonnet processor upgrade will work nice with the 133MHz FSB. and
since the new CRT will be used on the G5 I can keep the old kick ass
video card in it

Its a direct
replacement, no modifications necessary. All parts transfer over.
You could
mod your current power supply though and use that, but that still
requires
the purchase of an external wall wart power supply. Other than that
the DA is
better because of the bus and AGP, but has one less RAM slot, and cant
use
PC100 memory.
