First of all take the printer offline. Then go the TEST Menu and take print the SELF TEST page. This should contain all the printer configuration including the JetDirect card setup. You will need to make sure that Ethertalk is enabled on the card. If it isn't, you will have to enable it through the MIO Menu.
There is only ONE item in the MIO Menu: CFG NETWORK (=YES/NO*). There are no card setup options.
Once you change this to Yes, you can get into the network options.
