And I would *really* love to be able to buy a Mini without any memory. Then I could get a 1GB stick for a more reasonable price without having to throw away their 256MB. All my other Macs are too old to use Mini memory and I'm not sure it'll work on my PC's 865PE motherboard.

Still after looking at what it would cost to get my beige G3/266 DT in shape to run OS X, I may become a Mini customer.
