Thanks, I checked this out. No such file on the computer (visible or
invisible). Also tried trashing the com.apple.sharing.firewall.plist file.
No effect.

But it might help you figure out what's going on.
Any other ideas? I'm *very* hesitant to reinstall Brickhouse again to try
to rectify this.
BTW - ipfw.log is empty. Is that at all a clue to the problem?
No, that's normally empty unless you specifically enable it.
