[G] New Acard AEC-6280M

I just ordered a Acard AEC-6280M for a friends G3 B&W 300, with a PowerLogic 1 ghz board in it. He bought a 160 GB Hitachi drive and we found that the G3 has a 120 GB limit.. From the comments on this list and other places suggested the need for ATA -IDE adapter PCI card..

Reading the manual it list 6 mfg that are compatible with the card, but Hitachi was not listed. Anyone on the list know if there is a problem using the Hitachi 160 GB drive.
