I'd say the best bang would be a good deal on a real B&W. For example, there were three on the LEM swap list a week, or so, back for $65 each. You're not likely to find a logic board for that price.
I agree! By the time you buy all the parts needed and spend the time to put it all together, you'd be better off to just buy an intact and working machine and be done with it. Ya gotta pick your battles wisely....
