Hi, again. I'm in the rapid-fire question posting mode. I get like
this after doing marathon computer rebuilding/updating/troubleshooting
and my brain is mush.
What app can fix an ATA drive with an "Invalid Node Structure" disk
error. Constant rebooting and PRAM sets seems to have borked it. Still
seems to boot and work fine in 1.2.8. But that error on disk
verification must mean something is up and disk utility can't repair
it. I looked is up and fsck (which I have never used before) won't fix
it.
If it's not worth the trouble I'll just initialize and reinstall OS if
that's the easiest solution to make the drive all better.

Boot in single-user mode (Apple+s) and run fsck -y (or fsck -f if drive
journalled). Repeat fsck routine until no errors found. If that
doesn't fix it, DiskWarrior almost certainly will.
