AFTER You have tried iCab, Netscape and Mozilla if the PayPal Web site still won't load properly THEN tell us about it
Netscrape 7.0.2 does NOT work either... OS9.2 and dialup.
It may be the dial up that is the problem...as up until about a month ago I used Netscape 7.0.2 and OX 9.2.2 and got onto paypal/ebay fine. The dial up may be timing out before it can load.
