it is more of a bong
sorry but i im having troubles with command+option+P+R
which 1 is command? I have a control and the apple button

The apple button is the command button.

one other thing i noticed is that i opened it up and I dont see any ram cards, is there one built in or did they just take them out? Was gunna go run and grab one.

Oohhh.. with no ram that should make a crashing noise on boot, not a bong. There is no built-in memory in the B&W. Any 66 MHZ SDRAM will work, most 100 MHZ and 133 MHZ sticks should as well, except the high capcity ones.
