Not as I understand it.  If you put an Ultra 160 drive on an Ultra 320 bus 
with other Ultra 320 drives, your max transfer rate will be 160MB/s, not 320 as 
if the 160 drive wasnt there.  I dont think other speeds, such as rotational 
speed, matter at all.
