Hello listers, My apologies for seeking items here, I've been having difficulty getting up and running on the swap list.
I am looking for a G4 processor upgrade for a Sawtooth (AGP Graphics) Power Mac and video card. The processor should be single 1.0GHz or faster, and one that does not use software enablers (I plan to run Tiger when released and want no hassles). The video card should have at least 64MB and be fully Quartz Extreme compatible. I'm hoping for either an ATI 9200 (or better) or NVidia GeForce 2FX (or better). This will be for the family desktop which is used for childrens games (they want Sims2) and iChat AV while I'm on military deployment this summer. Because I won't be around to fix anything, I only want absolutely reliable components, nothing overclocked or modified.
