hi Len Thank you. BUT I did all that (all extensions off, base, etc.) and it still hangs. Yep it is 9.2.2. But tonight I'm getting some personal phone help by an extraordinarily talented Mac guru so I'm sure I'll be up and runnin' in no time. Nice to have your own personal Mac Genius!!
