Still no answer to this annoying problem. OS10.3.9
combo upgrade has toasted my modem connection. I have
a separate partition with OS10.2 which still connects
fine, so I know it's not the modem. I have a Zoom 56K
USB fax modem which seems to not properly reset under
10.3.9 when first switched on. I get a modem error
message whenever I try to connect. I have tried
swapping over the scripts from the working 10.2 but
it still fails to connect under 10.3.9!
Does anyone have any ideas on this? Is it possible to
revert to 10.3.8?
