Anyone out there can point me to a multi-reader that DOES
work on a Mac with cards bigger than 256MB? Perhaps I can
simply ask my money back.

Jrg.

Hi Jorg

I had the same exact problem, and my final answer is to get the cheapest single-use (i.e., compactflash card reader ONLY) and use that. Sometimes if I use it more than once at a sitting I may have to unplug it and plug it in another USB port but that has worked every time.

Have a multi-card reader on the win2000 machine, even THAT didn't like one of the sandisk multi-readers. It's puzzling.
