I brought up the sawtooth because thats a board that will drop in. And it wouldnt require a new PS. Sorry, but I dont consider removing one screw to remove the port cover much of a modification. Youre just making things confusing.

No, I am not.

From The Collaborative International Dictionary of English v.0.48 :

  Modification \Mod`i*fi*ca"tion\, n. [L. modificatio a measuring:
     cf. F. modification. See Modify.]
     1. The act of modifying, or the state of being modified; a
change; as, the modification of an opinion, or of a
        machine. --Bentley.

     Syn: change, alteration, adjustment.
          [1913 Webster]

Doesn't matter what you consider "much of a modification", one is needed, which is what I originally said, and you said was not needed.

And the power supply modification is incredibly easy. Now a Digital Audio, QS, or MDD will not be able to go into the case at all. That is near impossible, unless you dont want use of the AGP slot, and the processor heat sink might not fit either. Really, the only options are a sawtooth board or a gig ethernet board. And yes, ONE screw would need to be removed from the case. As

Which was what I was talking about to begin with. You replied as if I was totally wrong and one could just drop in any board. And looking at the above post, you just proved what I originally said. Sure, you can replace the board in a B&W, but it's going to require some case hacking (how much depends on the board).

far as your spell check comment, I have no idea what youre talking about.

OK, grammar check, as someone else pointed out. :-)
