What did you make the new holes with?

The holes are elongated rounds, approximately 3/4 inch long by 1/2 inch wide. They don't have to be rounded on the ends, I suspect rectangular shapes would work too. You just need wiggle room when sliding the plastic piece into the retaining clips.

I used an x-acto knife to drill two holes fairly close together. Then scored the plastic deeply on each side, between the holes. I then used needle nose pliers to snap off the v-shaped pieces between the holes on each side (it breaks fairly easily at the scored lines) Then a little trimming with the x-acto and sanded the ragged edges.

A nice new sharp drill bit would probably have gone faster, but I could not find one among our stuff. I chose to drill the holes by hand rather than use a lot of pressure and an electric drill. Plastic will stress crack fairly easily.

The only tricky hole is one in the middle, for one of the stand-offs for the processor. It is within a 1/4 inch of an existing hole.
