But a sure way to get banned is to bruise the fragile psyche of the
list nanny. Don't dare to question his omnipotence by a
straightforward yet nonflammatory comment regarding the condescending
way he addresses list members from time to time. Sure, I did it
on-list because that is what he does to people, ON list. A 72 hour
post ban became an indefinite dragged out period of time without
reinstatement, despite an email reminder to him and the list mom.
Maybe they are just too busy, or maybe it's actual chldishness. In any
case it was hardly a serious violation or personal attack.
I have learned quite a bit here and have also been able to help many
others as well. That's why over time I have subscribed under several
email addreses to continue to stay on to learn and help in some
fashion for just such an instance. All email addresses used are
disposable. (I just favored some over others).
Anyway fsck this crap, and fsck Tim/reset/exit/bye. So much for this
one-time use address!
Funny how some people who feel they need to get attention by
misbehaving! LOL I have a son who went through that when he was a
pre-teen.... nuff said.
Actually, be kind to others and don't start any crap and I pretty much
leave well enuf alone. ;))
