If regular Joe knows they can call up Apple and get
one for the same price as a Dell the switch will be made.
I think the conclusion that just because Apple switches to
an Intel CPU instead of an IBM, Apple's computers will be
as cheap (and therefore as shit) as Dell's is absurd!!!
Anyone who thinks all PCs are as cheap (and as shit) as
Dell's have not done their homework.
The reason Dell can sell so cheap is that essentially they
do very little work, MicroCrap developes (?) the OS and
other hardware manufacturers the hardware, they just
stick the boxes together.
People are reading way too much into this.
Rolls Royce uses BMW engines, but it's still a Rolls, what
engine is fitted matters little.
