I do believe a authorized reseller is a authorized reseller. This is an
official Apple designation.

certified?"
No. What this means is they have at least one Desktop and/or Portable
certified person on staff. The certified person is required to do warranty
repairs. The certified person is in theory the one authorizing the repair
of the junior non-certified tech.
