I have a problem with two G4 AGPs. Both run OS 10.3.9, and have several
users registered. One of them have all the privileges of Admin, except
administration of the machine (can't create or change users). When
logged in as this user, I can't open PhotoShop (ver. 7). It gets
halfway through opening, then report that I do not have sufficient
access privileges, and quits. The strange thing is that this doesn't
happen on the Guest account, which is much more limited (can't open
control panels, change dock or download from net). Also it doesn't
happen when logged in as Admin.
It seems like PhotoShop have the same access as Apples supplied
programs (Safari etc). What is the correct settings for an application
to be available for such a user as mentioned? Does it matter what I was
logged in as when PhotoShop was installed?
