Hi Harry, yes I'm running 10.2, but the OS resides on a separate
drive. The data transfer was taking place between purely data drives.
Just a message from Doug...
Perhaps you might want to open up "Activity Monitor: and see which
process are using the most CPU time and percentage. There might be some
activity that is associated with the data being written to the SCSI
drive that you don't see happening. At least you can use your SCSI
Drive, I have an external SCSI that works in OS 9.x.x but doesn't mount
in OS 10.3; The OS sees' the drive but wont mount the dumb thing.
