I am trying to get everything transferred over to my 'new' G4 Sawtooth from my G3 Imac. Both are currently running 9.2.2. What has me stumped is where OE keeps email. I have two 'versions' ( the one I am currently using I started 3 months ago after a major crash - the other has older email on it and is on a seperate partition in the Imac) I have always presumed that the email was stored as "messages" under main identity, but no matter what I do - the old version is what transfers. As a test I just sent a 1mg email to my self from another email account, but neither 'messages' showed up as having any additional storage added. Same thing when I go to 'Run Schedule / Empty deleted items folder'... I see no change in the 'messages' file size. ( Yes I hope soon to upgrade to 10.3 and get off OE, but for the moment...).
