No, it is PowerLogix G4/500.
What happens to the bus speed issue that you speak of? I do not
recall hearing of this before.

It only applies to Sonnet's 700 MHz+ G4 ZIFs, so don't worry about it.

As it is now, I am not all that unhappy with the 400 MHz the B$ has
now, but if I can get G4/500, Oki-Dokey!
I have had a bit of trouble finding the B&W firmware and instructions
for it.

Go to OWC's site (macsales.com) and look in their Tech section for the NewerTech B&W G3 patch.

You'll also need a few jumper shunts for the motherboard; somewhat smaller than what you'd find on hard drives and CD-ROMs, etc.
