well, having eyeballed it, it does not look like a direct swap.  The 
gentleman I bought my motherboard very generously sent me the case also, so I 
didnt 
even have to do anything.  My original plan was to cut a piece of clear plastic 
to fit.  But I still do have both a sawtooth back panel and a g3 case.  It 
looks like you may be able to get away with simply drilling one hole.  And 
again, 
this was just eyeballing it.  If I remove the plastic on my case, it may 
reveal a location for a screw so Ill get back to you on a definent answer.
