Haven't got a either GigE or DA PS, but looking at the wiring as shown at 
<http://www.outofspec.com/frankenmac/wire.shtml> I should be able to 
disconnect one of the 28v feeds on my QS PS for testing purposes. Once I 
discover if the thing works (or not) I can then decide whether (or not) 
to buy a GigE/DA/QS PS.
