Hi all monitor lovers

Seems that Yersinia & I have two different monitor problems. Hers bit the dust; mine had a tsunami effect where everything swelled up way out of size and went dark altho stuff on the screen was visible, barely.

I'm happy to report (with fingers crossed of course) that this occurred only twice & consecutively and has since not done so. The second time it happened it gradually "shrunk" back to normal. Weird!

Whether it's the hint of a death throw or a fading PRAM battery (but PRAM batteries in my computer usually start losing the date first as a signal) it's hard to say but I appreciate the suggestions folks made. If I ever find out what caused it I'll post the info.
