Ultra ATA 133 Interface

I just noticed the interface -- I guess it means it won't work with
my Sawtooth, ATA 100 machine.

It will work, but all you'll see is 130GB of it; to see the whole
drive you need an ATA card.

Umm, I'm afraid that is incorrect.

The interface speed is irrevelant to the ability of the machine to see the full drive size. If the sawtooth IDE can see drives larger than 120, it will be fine, it just won't run at the full speed the drive is capable of.

For about $30.00 you can get a 5.25" Firewire external (ATA133) housing, which will make the drive a network drive and everyone on the LAN/WAN can use the full 200MB (well I'm not sure if that's the formatted size or the raw size) The best configuration would be to get a Firewire Hub so that the Network didn't require an online machine.
