Sorry for this question but I am a rank amateur.
If you're running OS 9 make sure you have the 'Foreign File Format'
extension running. If this is the case, and the file names look all
truncated: PICTUR~.JPG and such, go get the Joliet file system
extension: <http://www.tempel.org/joliet/>
Heck, if you're running OS 9, I'd get that anyway.
If it's a PhotoCD, QT should take care of it. Apple's supported the
PhotoCD format since they've sold CD drives.
Test it in another system; perhaps the disk is screwed up.
