If they're NTFS drives (XP's native format) , you won't see them.
NTFS capabilities didn't come until 10.4 and even then it's read-
only...but that's sufficient for rescuing data.
So, are you telling me that even if I put this drive in a FW
enclosure, I will not be able to get the files off of it? The
latest OS I have access to is 10.3.9
Exactly. this is one reason I put 10.4 on my system as fast as I
could. We have one of Wiebetech's Firewire DriveDocks here for just
that purpose, and it's always been a pain, since I've had to find a
PC with a firewire connection to recover data from an NTFS disk.
