You can always dual boot- meaning you can have both OS 9.2 and OS X simultaneously on the same amchine. When You want to run OS 9.2 you can run 9.2, when You want tiger, you can run tiger, it really is that simple. If Tiger turns out to not be your cup of tea, then you will still have 9.2 unharmed.
After all, tiger might work better than 9.2, you never know.

Hi again,

I should have also added that I am running OS 9.2 on the Sawtooth and like it just fine, but can upgrade to Tiger if I have to. (I have Tiger on the iBook)... but would rather not upgrade the Sawtooth right now as I fear it will screw up all my printer drivers, etc. I can't afford, nor am I "ready" to, upgrade all my software either...

Thanks,
Michelle
