Hopefully, it's just server/network problems.
I finished end-of-auction processing on one auction. Took 4 minutes
to get thru My.eBay to the print-postage-label page. Took 18 minutes
for the "print packing slip" function to work within PayPal.
IOW, it all ultimately worked, it was just incredibly slow.
