Not necessarily. Flaky RAM is chameleon-like in it's ability to mimic
other problems.

Things that are out of the ordinary. You should be at least broadly
familiar with things that are going on in your logs at all times. I
don't mean poring over them with a fine tooth comb, but enough to know
"hey, I haven't been getting those things before!' Look for log
entries at the time problems occur.
I know that's not like saying 'Look for error 345.b: Bad RAM Chip' but
that's as close as we'll get.
