According to crucial, it uses the following:

* Module Size: 256MB

My guess would be because it's 133.  I've seen many older machines that
freaked over similar things, even when the testing programs say everything
was fine.  Memory density may play a part, memory timings are different
between PC100 and 133 as well.

PC133 should work in a PC100 board, but not always.  Besides, dropping 133
in a 100 using board doesn't give any more performance at stock settings.
