We have two G3B&W machines. Each has four of the OWC 256MB chips in
it. In upgrading and configuring both of them I found that (at least
on our machines) they did not like RAM chips below 128MB when using
OS X. If you plan to move to OSX definitely put the bigger chips in
your B&W and the little ones in the other boxes.
