What did they lay out?  Intel is currently working on a design which instead 
of using switches for on/off bits, uses some sort of sensor which can detect 
the angle an electron is spinning, which will mean that a "bit" can be a 0, 1, 
2, 3, 4, 5, however sensitive the sensor is.  Theyre working on the design 
with some physicists and I think perhaps another chip maker.  This design is a 
low power/low heat design, yet will be incredibly fast.
