Tom, 

Open the side door and very carefully jimmy the
plastic bezel off the front panel by first finding the
clear tabs. Then there are two types of sizes of
screws, two pairs each - one on the front and one on
the side. So the DVD/Zip slides out towards the front.
Don't forget the spring clip metallic end cover on the
rear. 

I can't find my recently removed bezel, but it takes
patience.
