I'm currently in negotiation with tech support to have this drive
(PX-716A) replaced. I've only burned one CD and used it to watch a DVD
one time and now the drive will not read any CD or DVD. This is the
3rd such case of a Plextor drive going bad I've heard of lately.
Anyone else having difficulties with this brand? Only reason I bought
it in the first place was because they are supposed to be so good.
Warranty expires in October, so I hope they get on the stick pretty
quick!
