I have been using my mini at that resolution since I purchased it several weeks ago. I bought an open box 1st gen with the radeon 9200 and haven't seen a single problem yet!
Only Minor thing about the mini is it feels absolutely glacial with 256 megs of ram. My sawtooth 400 w/ 1gig of ram smoked it until I upgraded the ram in the mini.
