I have recently installed OSX10.2.8 on my B&W G3/300 with 512mb. I am
on dialup connection.
I am finding that Explorer (included in OS CD) is crashing often. I
was trying to look at eBay, but every time I tried typing in
www.ebay.com and click on the Go button, it quits after a few
seconds. It won't open a connection if I choose it from Favorites (eg
PayPal). For eBay I could only connect by going through Google, and
evemj then it was plagued with unexpected quits.
When I click on say PayPal in Favorites, all I get is "The specified
server cannot be found". Maybe it's a faulty alias?
Any ideas?
