This QS has a NVIDIA GeForce4 MX (AGP 4X) video card with 64 MB of DDR SDRAM and I was kind of looking forward to using it to run an LCD screen I have that has a dvi connection (I was running it on a 7300 with a great ATI RADEON 7000 MAC 64MB DVI VGA TV PCI Video Card). But the plug is different? There are 2 outlets, one is VGA and I am confident it should run on that. But I have that marked out for another CRT 2nd monitor set up. Anyone have experience of some adaptor to DVI from the unknownst-to-me-funny-looking-probably-digital-of-some-kind-port on the NVIDIA GeForce4 MX (AGP 4X)?
Apple calls it ADC (Apple Display Connector). You can buy an adapter at the Apple Store. Search for "ADC to DVI connector cable". We use 'm all the time, works fine.
